- The prices are for 2 adults or for 2 adults + 2 children from 3 to 12 years.
- Children under the age of 2 stay with us for free. | Children from 13 to 17 years 5 € extra.
- Additional guests are possible with prior agreement. Depending on age, an additional charge between 10 € to 20 € per day per person applies.
- The pricing is based on a minimum stay of 6 days (5 nights), additional charges apply for shorter stays.
- There is an additional visitor’s tax of 2.40 € per day per person (14 years or older).

Do you have kids, but still favor hassle-free traveling? We can help. For an uncomplicated family vacation, we are happy to offer the following children equipment upon request:

- A 200 € deposit per booked week has to be made to finalize the reservation.
- There is an additional visitor’s tax of 1.55 € per day per person (14 years or older).
- Unless agreed otherwise, the holiday apartments are available at 3 pm on day of arrival. On day of departure, apartments need to be vacated at 9:30 am.
- The final cleaning is included in the price. (We reserve the right to levy an additional charge should the apartment be heavily dirty.)
- Our apartments are non-smoking apartments. Smoking is only allowed on the balconies.
- Pets are not allowed.
- In peak season (summer and winter), only weekly rates are available, from Saturday to Saturday.
You book well in advance, and then, sometimes something unexpected happens. Yet, bookings are binding. The shorter the length is between the date of cancellation and the reserved stay, the more difficult it will be for us to secure a replacement for the exact time frame.
The Italian Consumer Protection Act does not provide for a right of cancellation. However, according to Art. 1382 ZGB, we allow for the following cancellation provisions:
- Until three months before the first day of your booked stay, we keep the deposit.
- Between three months and four weeks before first day of stay, we charge 50% of the full price.
- Four weeks or less before the date of arrival, there is a charge of 80% of the full price.
- In cases of cancellation on the date of arrival, late arrival, or earlier departure, 100% of the full price will be charged.
In the event of a Covid-19-related travel cancellation (positive test result or travel ban) you may cancel free of charge and we will refund the deposit you have paid.
We are very fortunate to be surrounded by so much space and nature at our idyllic, isolated mountain farm. You too may find peace and relaxation with us, far away from the crowds. You can move freely and safely on the premises of our spacious farm. Compliance with the current hygiene standards guarantees you a carefree vacation.
